Workshop: RNASeq Data Analysis on the Public Galaxy (GRADS-4C Educational Hub)

GRADS-4C Workshop #2 is a great seminar and workshop opportunity for faculty members, research scientists and student researchers who want to learn more about computational genomics specific to RNASeq analysis.

FRIDAY MAY 17, 2024  10:00 AM-4:00 PM

This workshop provides an introduction to Deep Sequencing and RNAseq data analysis in the public galaxy server. Hands-on practice, mapping and assembly of transcripts using trimmed RNAseq data, and usage of the Galaxy tool for biological insight are key topics of this workshop.

Members from the NIH NHGRI will present topics on:

  • NIH Structure
  • Pre-Award Processes
  • Post-Award Processes

Panel Discussion will follow presentations.
