GRADS-4C Workshop #2 is a great seminar and workshop opportunity for faculty members, research scientists and student researchers who want to learn more about computational genomics specific to RNASeq analysis.

This workshop provides an introduction to Deep Sequencing and RNAseq data analysis in the public galaxy server. Hands-on practice, mapping and assembly of transcripts using trimmed RNAseq data, and usage of the Galaxy tool for biological insight are key topics of this workshop.
Please register and join us for this workshop. This workshop is being offered in a hybrid format. Attendance can be in-person or online. Note that space is limited, and priority will be given to those who would be attending in-person at the COAACH Center in Greensboro.
