About SEED Grant

Research & Teaching Advancement

Support innovative research or teaching-focused projects (in-vitro, in-vivo, or in-silico) that advance computational genomics, data science, and cloud computing. All proposals should connect to one of the NIH cloud resources and align with the mission of GRADS-4C.

Funding Support

Seed funding may be used for essential project needs including lab materials, NIH cloud computing credits, publication costs, training activities, and student support to advance research and educational impact.

Eligibility

Applicants must be faculty members or postdoctoral researchers at accredited four-year colleges, universities, or community colleges within the United States.

Collaboration & Impact

GRADS-4C encourages projects that integrate computational research with education, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and contribute to advancing genomic research and data science innovation.
