About the Seminar
Join us for an upcoming virtual seminar hosted by the GRADS-4C Genomic Research and Data Science Center
for Computation and Cloud Computing.

This session will explore how sequencing and characterization of an infant skin isolate can help advance the diagnosis and treatment of complex pediatric skin infections. By integrating microbial, genomic, and phenotypic analyses, researchers are uncovering new strategies that move beyond traditional antibiotics toward targeted and innovative therapies.
The Speaker: Dr. Akamu Jude Ewunkem | Assistant Professor of Molecular & Cellular Biology, Winston-Salem State University
